National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission in Undergraduate programs in all UGC funded Central Universities will be conducted in 13 languages namely Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia and English.

CUET UG 2023 Eligibility -
For appearing in the CUET (UG) 2023, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12 th /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2023 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET (UG) 2023 examination. However, the candidates will be required to fulfill the age criteria (if any) of the University (ies) in which they are desirous of taking admission.

Upload Scanned Images of Candidate’s Photograph, Signature, andCategory Certificate (if applicable), and PwBD Certificate (wherever applicable):
i. The recent photograph should be either in colour or black and white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
ii. Scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
iii. The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
iv. The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearlylegible).
v. The size of the scanned copy of the Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWSetc.) should be between 50kb to 300kb in pdf (clearly legible).
vi. *The size of the scanned copy of the PwBD certificate should be between 50kb to 300 kb in pdf (clearly legible).

CUET UG 2023 Syllabus -
Section IA & IB - Language to be tested through Reading Comprehension (based on different types of passages–Factual, Literary and Narrative [Literary Aptitude & Vocabulary]
Section II - As per NCERT model syllabus as applicable to Class XII only
Section III - General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts arithmetic/algebra geometry/mensuration/stat taught till Grade 8), Logical and Analytical Reasoning
CUET UG 2023 Pattern -
Mode - Computer Based Test (CBT)
Type - Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
Duration - Examination will be conducted on multiple days in three slots per day
Section 1A - Languages
There are 13 different languages. Any of these languages may be chosen.
Section 1B - Languages
There are 20 Languages. Any of these languages may be chosen.
40 questions to be attempted out of 50 in each language.
Section 2 - Domain
There are 27 Domains specific subjects being offered under this section. A candidate may choose any subject as desired by the applicable University/ Universities.
35/40 Questions to be attempted out of 45/50.
Section 3 - General Test
For any such undergraduate programme / programmes being offered by Universities where a General Test is being used for admission.
50 Questions to be attempted out of 60
Examination will be conducted on multiple days in three shifts, depending on the number of Candidates and Subject choices.
